Numeric Sequences

A numeric sequence is an ordered list of numbers built by a rule. A recursive rule says how to get the next term from the one before it, while an explicit rule gives any term straight from its position. In 4, 7, 10, 13 the recursive rule is add 3 and the explicit rule is 3n + 1.
